What is a Clasp Button and how does it work?

A Clasp Button is a decorative button cover designed to sit over an existing garment button. Open the clasp, position it over the button and close it gently until secure. It gives shirts, blouses, cardigans and light jackets a new look without permanently altering the garment.

Will it fit my shirt or jacket buttons?

It works best with standard, relatively flat garment buttons. Compare your button with the measurements shown on the product page before ordering. Very thick, highly domed or fabric-covered buttons may not fit, and the clasp should never be forced closed.

Do I need to sew or glue it on?

No. It is designed to attach without sewing, glue or replacing the original button, so you can change the look of your garment whenever you wish.

How many buttons do I get per order?

Each order includes one set of 2 Clasp Buttons, designed to be worn as a matching pair — for example, on both cuffs of a shirt or blazer. If you'd like more than one set, simply increase the quantity at checkout.

Will it damage my garment or original button?

The design does not pierce the fabric. Attach and remove it gently, and never pull it away while closed. For delicate, loosely woven or embellished garments, test it on an inconspicuous button first and avoid wearing it where it may be caught or pulled.

How do I attach and remove it correctly?

Open the clasp, centre it over the garment button, then close it gently and check that it feels secure. To remove it, support the garment button with one hand, open the clasp with the other and lift it away. Do not twist, yank or use tools.

Can I wash or iron the garment while it is attached?

No. Always remove the Clasp Button before washing, dry cleaning, ironing or steaming the garment. Reattach it only after the fabric is completely dry and cool.

How should I care for my Clasp Button?

Wipe it gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth after use. Keep it away from water, perfume, hairspray, lotions and household chemicals. Store it separately in its pouch or box to reduce scratching and impact.

When will my order arrive and how can I track it?
